Leave feeling better than when you arrived
That's our simple mission at The Buddha Barn.
Our wellbeing sessions
We have a growing array of wellbeing sessions on offer, so there's something for everybody...
Yoga Flow
Our yoga flow classes are up-beat and inclusive, with options given in poses to cater for all abilities. However, if you prefer a gentler pace, our 'gentle yoga flow' is perfect for you. One hour classes often start with yoga breathing and finish with a guided meditation for wellbeing.
Candlelit Yin Yoga
A class of less asanas (yoga postures) but held for a longer time. This allows the body to stretch beyond only the muscle and targets the interconnective web of fascia. The release from long held stretches can help your energy to flow on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
Gravity Yoga
These deep stretch classes are complementary to people who have a strong workout regime and need a deep stretch.
SUP Yoga
Combining the serenity of being on the water with yoga, a match made in heaven. You'll benefit from a great core workout too from balancing on your board!
Pure Soundbaths
A combination of Singing and crystal bowls finished off with a therapeutic percussion sequence, are played to gently carry you on the soundwaves into a deeply relaxing altered state of consciousness (ASC). Research shows ASC has many different positive benefits to our health and wellbeing.
Pranyama - Breathing
Breathing, something we do every second of every day of our lives. But how often do you stop and think about your breath? Our breath connects our bodies and our minds and is an important aspect of our yoga sessions.
