Coming from a corporate background myself and witnessing first hand the affects of burnout, I tailor bespoke packages to help clients  develop sustainable, suitable wellbeing practices to support their teams. Sessions can be delivered across the south west and options include:

  • Yoga & gentle stretching - Having studied various forms of yoga over the last 10 years, I am able to meet people and their bodies at their own level and design sequences to suit the environment from desk based, chair yoga through to restorative yoga and even more dynamic and fun, team building yoga sessions.
  • Soundbaths - Qualified with the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) method, I offer group soundbath sessions. If you are unfamiliar with soundbaths, rest assured there is no water involved! Participants lay on the floor, or sit on a chair if they prefer, whilst I play certain instruments, in certain ways. These sounds are proven to help induce a lower brainwave frequency, resulting in ‘downtime’ for our busy minds. This has many proven health benefits, based on BAST’s research over the last twenty years.
  • Pit Stop Spa Sessions – working with Temple Spa’s cruelty free, sustainably produced spa quality products, I can host ‘wellbeing in the workplace’ and/or ‘express facial’ experiences. 

Sessions are interwoven with breathing techniques and guided meditations where appropriate, leaving attendees with an enhanced wellbeing toolkit at their disposal.
